What Is The Age Range Of Clients?Five Star Therapy provides one-on-one therapeutic services for clients ranging from ages birth - 18 years of age. Pre-teen and teen social skills groups are available depending on appropriateness of client and availability within each group.

Where & When Do Therapy Sessions Take Place?Five Star Therapy offers both in person and virtual tele-therapy services in the client's home, school, library, or daycare program. Location is determined upon request of the family and appropriateness of setting for the client. Treatment frequency ranges between 1x-3x a week depending on clinical recommendations and therapist's scheduling availability. Treatment frequency is determined at the time of an evaluation, however is able to be modified throughout the course of treatment.

Are Services Offered In-Person Or Virtually?Five Star Therapy offers both in person and virtual tele-therapy services as deemed clinically appropriate for each client by their treating therapist.

What Areas Do You Provide Services?Five Star Therapy currently provides services within the city limits of Chicago, along with northern and northwestern Chicagoland suburbs. Northern suburbs include, but are not limited to: Rogers Park, Evanston, Skokie, Lincolnwood, Niles, Morton Grove, Wilmette, and Glenview. Northwest suburbs include, but are not limited to: Park Ridge, Norridge, Rosemont, Des Plaines, Mount Prospect, Prospect Heights, Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Elk Grove Village, and Palatine. Five Star Therapy is rapidly expanding into servicing more locations, so please inquire if you are unsure about your location but interested in services!

How Long Are Sessions?Diagnostic speech evaluations and ongoing treatment sessions are 60 minutes in length. Sessions can be modified to 45 minutes or 30 minutes upon request if deemed more clinically appropriate for the client and/or scheduling needs of the family.

What Do Your Social Groups Include?Five Star Therapy offers group pre-teen and teen social skills / independent functional living skills groups. Members meet once weekly for sessions, and they participate in group-planned community outings aimed at generalizing skills within the community.
